Well before the market crash last fall, exit options for venture backed companies began to dry up. There are those who believe that the problem goes beyond the current recession and that the root causes of the liquidity problems are directly linked to decade-long regulatory and market structure changes.  Several “fixes” and solutions have been suggested in recent months and some are resonating more than others.  Please join our panel on December 11th as they discuss the root causes of the exit challenge and some solutions that are gaining support.
