May 7-8, 2008
Hyatt Regency Santa Clara
Santa Clara, California

The NVCA Annual Meeting is the premiere venture capital industry event that consistently attracts the most respected venture capitalists. The 2008 NVCA Annual Meeting will be no exception as there was never a more important time for venture capitalists to gather and discuss the important issues impacting our industry. Critical policy issues such as increased taxation of carried interest and patent reform threaten to change the economics of our industry and America’s competitiveness.

Join us at this year’s conference and:

  • Gain insight on how venture capitalists are making a tremendous impact on their portfolio companies, helping to build businesses that are creating new industries and disrupting accepted industry dynamics.
  • Understand better the criteria Limited Partners are using to select managers and positively impact their venture returns.
  • Learn how managing partners are having a long lasting impact on their firms and our industry as they adopt new investment strategies, expand outside U.S. borders, and build the internal infrastructure necessary to successfully transition their organizations to the next generation of managers.
  • Hear first hand how the NVCA is working tirelessly in Washington, DC to protect the venture capital industry’s interests AND benefit tremendously from the experience and insight of the most respected venture capitalists and industry experts regarding the strategies they believe will make the biggest impact in the years to come.

Registration for the NVCA Annual Meeting is restricted to venture capital and private equity investors whose primary responsibility is making/managing direct investments in growth-oriented enterprises.
